High-performance fan with an automatic belt tensioner

SKOV-SECCO’s MegaFan is one of our best-selling wall fans for livestock houses, which is suitable for Tunnel ventilation. It has an automatic belt tensioner on all the fan variants. The fiberglass housings are thick, robust, and corrosion-resistant. The aesthetic unique design of this wall fan gets even more elevated with the lifetime warranty provided for the fiberglass housings. You will get the peace of mind you need as our MegaFan is extremely quiet at all speeds and arrives fully assembled, except for the discharge cones and guards. It is fully supported with high-efficiency motors that are enclosed, maintenance-free, and U-CSA-C or CE-approved.

• Propeller with 5 black blades reinforced with polyamide fiberglass for the 78” model
• The 78” fan on high speed produces 54 960 CFM (93 432 m3/h) and 19.6 CFM/watt (33.4 m3/h) at 0” static pressure
• The 78’’ fan on low speed produces 10 000 CFM (16 990 M3/H) and 30 CFM/Watt (50 M3/H) at 0” static
• Optional variable frequency drive allows you a smooth speed adjustment from 355 RPM down to 80 RPM. Fan power consumption is reduced with speed. Make sure you have a minimum shutter opening at a low speed of 1” (2.54 cm)
• All fan performances have been independently tested
• The motor is 3 HP or 2.2 kW on high speed and 0.3 kW on low speed 230/460, 3-phase VAC
• All motors are U-CSA-C or CE approved and are 50/60 Hz
• 3-year warranty on the motor and the blades
• Full one-year warranty on all other parts
