The Blast fan is versatile and can be used in various applications, especially for livestock houses. The exceptional air velocity is ideal for animal cooling in dairy or corrosion-resistant environments like swine and poultry. It can also be used for people cooling in factories, warehouses, and sporting events, in which it creates a consistent air temperature in buildings or greenhouses. As an added benefit, air de-stratification in buildings can reduce heating and cooling bills by up to 35%. When there is a velocity of 300 feet (91 m) per minute, it also does insect control. When a Blast fan is placed in a wall opening or open sidewall buildings, it creates an air exchange, which is necessary for livestock houses and buildings.
